Parent Governor 

I am the parent of a child with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) and am passionate about ensuring that marginalised children have positive advocacy and representation.   I joined the school community in 2022 and really enjoy taking part in school life through school trips, activities and the coffee mornings.  I am passionate about equilty and social justice and have a personal interest in understanding neurodivergence.  I am the link governor for SEND. 

I have built my career in the public sector supporting children and families through roles in central and local government.  My expertise lie in equality, diversity and inclusion, delivering projects to improve social mobility for marginalised and minoritised groups.  I have previously been a school at an all through academy and an alternative provision school and feel confident I can add value to the existing strong leadership of St Winifred's Catholic Primary School.

I enjoy having the opportunity to share my professional skills and experience with the school in the interest of improving outcomes for our St Winifred's pupils.
