Getting Involved

There are many different ways to get involved in the life of St Winifred’s Primary School.

These include:

  • Joining and supporting our Parents Association, the Friends of St. Winifred’s
  • Supporting the children with reading
  • Joining educational visits
  • Working as a volunteer ‘Non-Teaching Assistant’
  • Cooking with groups of children
  • Sharing talents or expertise by running or supporting an afterschool club, e.g. gardening, netball
  • Walking with the school to Mass
  • Joining our School Masses, Liturgies and Penitential Services whether held in the school hall or at church
  • Helping with particular events, e.g. Sports Day
  • Giving a talk to a particular class or sharing a skill
